OMOT 2010 Key Dates for Coordinators

April 2010:
 – Attend OMOT Kick-Off Reception

May 2009:
 – Attend monthly company coordinators' meeting (27 May 2010).
 – Remit the registration form & fee to NTBCA. Due on 28 May 2010.

June 2010:
 – Notify BCA of show dates, judging date preference, expected number of participants and ribbons. Due on 7 June 2010.
 – Attend monthly company coordinators meeting (17 June 2010).
 – Company bio and B&W company logo due to BCA. Due on 29 June 2010.

July 2010:
 – Collect artist registration forms and arrange for company art show.
 – Rent panels, if necessary.
 – Finalize details for company reception, if applicable.
 – Final count of ribbons and pins is due.
 – Attend monthly company coordinators meeting (15 July 2010). Pins and ribbons will be distributed at this meeting.

August 2010:
– Hold corporate art shows.
– Have reception and announce winners.
– Excel list of winners, signed entry forms, and digital images of “Best of Show” and “People’s Choice” are due to BCA on 16 August 2010  

September 2010:
– Distribute invitations to region - wide reception.
– Attend wrap-up company coordinators' meeting, Noon
– Deliver labeled artwork to Delivery Limited (14 – 15 September 2010). Do not bring ribbons.
– Art goes up at NorthPark.
– Attend region-wide art show reception at NorthPark Center (19 September 2010).

October 2010:
-Art show comes down
