The Obelisk Awards publicly recognize outstanding contributions of active business or business volunteers in one of four categories: leadership, new initiatives, arts education and arts partnership.
Nominations are made annually by local arts and cultural organizations for exceptional arts support and sponsorships, including generous volunteer involvement or donation of cash or in-kind goods and professional services such as advertising, marketing or public affairs campaigns.
